Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and NationRoute Trucking Inc ("NationRoute," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our freight transportation services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services & Carrier Authority

NationRoute Trucking Inc is a licensed motor carrier operating under MC 1753997 and USDOT 4451003, providing full-truckload and related freight transportation services within the United States. Specific shipments are governed by applicable rate confirmations, shipment tenders, and the Uniform Bill of Lading (BOL) issued for each load. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed BOL or rate confirmation for a specific shipment, the shipment-specific document controls for that shipment.

3. Quotes, Rates & Accessorials

Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote and are contingent upon equipment availability, lane conditions, fuel costs, and accurate shipment information supplied by the customer. NationRoute reserves the right to apply accessorial charges — including but not limited to detention, layover, driver assist, reconsignment, or additional stops — when documented and incurred during transit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including commodity, weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery addresses, and facility hours
  • Ensure freight is properly loaded, blocked, braced, and secured unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Maintain safe and accessible pickup and delivery locations for drivers
  • Promptly notify NationRoute of any changes, delays, or exceptions affecting a shipment

5. Cargo Liability & Claims

Cargo liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and the terms of the applicable Bill of Lading. NationRoute maintains cargo insurance and active operating authority in good standing with the FMCSA. Written claims must be filed within nine (9) months of delivery or within nine (9) months of the date delivery was scheduled, whichever applies under applicable law and the BOL.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. NationRoute may suspend service for accounts with material payment delinquencies.

7. Communications & SMS

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive operational SMS messages from NationRoute related to shipments, dispatch, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Communications facilitated through third-party platforms such as RingCentral are subject to those providers' terms in addition to ours.

8. Website Use

Website content is provided for general information and business inquiry purposes. You agree not to use the website to violate any law, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operation, or scrape or harvest data through automated means without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is owned by NationRoute Trucking Inc or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as necessary to view and use the site for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NationRoute disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, except where such limitation is prohibited by law or governed by the Carmack Amendment for cargo claims.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Parties agree to attempt good- faith resolution of disputes before pursuing formal remedies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available under the Carmack Amendment or other mandatory carrier liability statutes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
